How much do parties cost?

Prices vary from services to location. Check our pricing page for more information. Or contact one of our party planners at 888-454-4105. You will find that our service is extremely competitive. We work hard to deliver a premium experience at a value price.

Where can we set up to play Laser Tag and How many players can play at once?

We can set up in your front or backyards, cul-de-sacs or neighborhood parks or school yards. We can provide bunkers or existing obstacles such as trees and shrubs can help make the playing field. A typical laser tag party is for up to 12 people at a time and our laser tag guns are perfectly safe and are not harmful to the eyes.

What is a Combo Party?

Combo parties allows everyone to have a blast by splitting time between activities from the virtual world inside our Mobile game theater to fun outside by running around playing outdoor laser tag or bumping around in the Human bumper balls.

Can I book a laser tag only party?

Yes, Game Guru 2U offers a Laser Tag only party option.

What Video Games do you offer?

Each Game Guru 2U Mobile Video Theater comes with a large library of the latest games with ratings ranging from E to M ratings that we are constantly updating. Game Guru 2U main focus is on multiplayer games for the X-Box 360, Playstation 3 and Nintendo Wii. If a game can be system linked for multiplayer fun we will typically carry 2-4 copies of that game. Our Game Guru will coordinate what games you desire to play. Just let us know what you are looking for and we can usually accommodate your request. Game Guru 2U will limit the ESRB game ratings to your approved level. Click the ESRB Game Rating Button for list of ratings.

Can I send invitations for my party from your site?

Yes. We have a convenient tool to send invites electronically to your party guests. You will be sent a link to access the party invite tool once you have booked a party with Game Guru 2U.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

Game Guru 2U reservations operate much like hotel room reservations. If you cancel your party with less than 7 days notice, a $75 cancellation fee will be charged. No shows: when Game Guru 2U arrives to deliver our service and you are not at the delivery address, you will be charged for the full event. There are no refunds for services performed. If we are unable to deliver service, there is no charge.

How much space do I need?

Our mobile video game theaters are about 50 feet long and can easily fit in front of most residential homes. If you are in a more congested area and are worried about space, we are mobile can move to a nearby location. Our Game Guru's can offer you some great solutions.

Is there an age limit?

The mobile video game theater and laser tag typically are great for kids age 7 to adults.

What if it's bad weather, or too hot or too cold?

The Game Guru 2U Mobile Video Game Theater was designed for all weather temperatures. The theater is insulated and climate controlled. We are typically able to provide our services year round. However, in the event of severe weather (ice and snow storms, high winds, lightening, thunder, flooding and/or heavy rains), we may (and reserve the right to) reschedule your service to guarantee the safety of you, your guests, our staff and equipment. For outdoor Activities such as Laser Tag, if there is severe weather the day of the event that precludes the event from being able to occur, then an event can be rescheduled at no additional charge or can be exchanged for more time in the theater.

Do parents have to supervise?

Parents are always welcome to join in the fun, but one of the great advantages of a Game Guru 2U party is that the Game Guru manages the entire event. Parents are free to relax inside the house or visit with friends while the kids play. We do however require that one responsible adult remain on site for the duration of the event.

Do you need to plug in?

No. The Game Guru Mobile Video Game Theater is completely self-powered. We bring everything need to have a great party.

Can you have food or drinks in the Mobile Video Game Theater?

No food or drinks are permitted inside the Mobile Video Game Theater.

What is a Game Guru?

All Game Guru 2U event activities are operated by a Game Guru. Game Guru's are responsible for delivering and staging activities, managing the participants and game play, and maintaining a fun, exciting atmosphere.

Is it appropriate to give the Game Guru a tip?

While tipping is NOT REQUIRED, we do allow tipping when you feel it may be appropriate!

How can I book a party/event?

How do I pay for an event?

You may pay for your event with a MasterCard, Visa, Cash or Check. Credit card deposit must be made in order to reserve your party date.

What is your standard service area?

Enter your zip code through our “Book a Party” page for service area confirmation. Bookings outside of our standard service area are assessed a mileage surcharge of $2 per mile, round trip.
